"So you run like a 40 year old woman?" -Kristyn

So I thought I thought was proud of my running distance and time last night but then I looked up some marathon averages and... I'm on-par with the national woman's average mile time, and the average age of female marathon runners is 40.

I've got some more training to do... =)
